What an unforgettable run in Monterrey! 🇲🇽✨

Walking the red carpet at @showcentercomplex and hearing the incredible crowds at the stage door made this stop on The Sound of Music North American Tour feel so special. Opening night we had flowers thrown onto the stage, which was the most beautiful moment!

Performing Marta von Trapp for such a warm, enthusiastic audience is a total dream! 🎭🌹

¡Muchas gracias, Monterrey, for the incredible energy and unforgettable memories!

Get ready to join me and the #SoundOfMusicTour for some incredible cities! 🐐🏔️

I’m so excited to see so many friends and family here in NorCal at @broadwaysanjose_ this week! I cannot explain how cool it will be to see the kids from school, @mainstage_humboldt, my cousins and my grandparents #Stanford crew.

Then I get to celebrate my birthday performing in Mexico with my von Trappling siblings and, lastly, I’m honored to celebrate an amazing 7 1/2 month run in Dallas when we pass the torch to the next talented group of kids.

I couldn’t have climbed every mountain without the loving support of these amazing people - thank you

I am pinching myself because I get to sneak in a very special, two-night-only hometown performance before I head back out on my official Equity national tour! ✈️💼
For two nights only, I’ll be stepping onto the local stage to play Molly in Annie at the Arkley Center for the Performing Arts!
As if getting to perform with this incredible cast of professional and local actors wasn’t enough... this show is extra close to my heart because my mom is sharing the stage with me in the ensemble! 😭❤️ Seeing us perform together in this beautiful production is a total dream come true.
I would love to see you there! Don’t miss this rare chance to catch me back home on stage before I hit the road again!
🗓️ WHEN: July 10th & 11th at 7:00 PM
📍 WHERE: Arkley Center for the Performing Arts

The very first broadway show I saw was Peter Pan right here at the San Diego Civic Center. Now I get to perform on the same stage. What a moment! taken in San Diego Civic Theatre by @berkeley_annew

Slaying the cues on the stage that started it all. 🎭 Enjoying a layoff from the tour to rejoin my @mainstage_humboldt family as a Stage Manager. It’s good to be back. #FullCircle #StageManager #NationalTour #Mentor #slayallday taken in Arkley Center for the Performing Arts by @berkeley_annew

POV: You’re 9 years old and just tackled two von Trapps in 1 day! ✌️👧
Yesterday was one for the books! I had the absolute honor of performing as both Marta and Gretl. Huge thanks to @soundofmusicontour for this opportunity and for making me feel so welcome since the day I joined this amazing team. 🐐🌹Adieu, Adieu, to a day I’ll never forget! 🎶✨

DREAMS CAN COME TRUE.
A while back I got a call from the wonderful @daphne_endert at @mainstageyoungperformersco in rural California. She wanted her students to have opportunities beyond their small town and began connecting some of them with our teachers.

One of those students was @berkeley_annew.

Berkeley had big dreams and began working with our amazing teacher @darbykvincent , who quickly saw how focused, respectful, and detail oriented she was. She shows up ready to work, learns quickly, and always brings a smile to her lessons.

Because I personally oversee the audition progress and tapes coming through our studio, I was able to see Berkeley’s growth and connect her with @bercytalent . Her first professional audition was for The Sound of Music national tour, where she booked the role of Marta!

Bittersweet moment as two of my former students recently completed their time on the tour. Happy trails to @lucy_vandette, @mollyglowsings who finished her not long ago.

Huge thank you to Daphne for believing in her students and creating opportunities beyond the town where they live. Thank you to Darby, who prepared Berkeley every step of the way. Congratulations to Bercy Talent and to Berkeley’s mom Kindra as you begin navigating this wonderful and unpredictable industry.

Berkeley, we are so happy. Your dream has come true.❤️❤️ by @berkeley_annew
