This one hits different. šŸ’”šŸ“ø

Three frames. One Hasselblad 503. A Bed-Stuy that’s slipping away.

Fulton Street used to feel like it belonged to us. Now every corner is a countdown. 99-cent pizza still holding on at Nostrand—but for how long? People crossing Fulton like they always have, unaware the buildings behind them won’t be there next year. And at Bedford? Another luxury condo rising like a tombstone for the neighborhood I fell in love with.

I miss the old Bed-Stuy. I miss the sound of a film shutter clicking and not knowing what you caught until days later. I miss when change wasn’t this loud.

These were shot on my Hasselblad 503—slow, intentional, analog. The same way I wish gentrification would move. But we can’t stop time. We can only document it.

Take me back to the early 2000s. When the corner store knew your name. When rent was a dream. When every block had character, not a crane.

What do you miss most about the old neighborhood? šŸ‘‡

Indianapolis, you were a vibe. šŸšŸŒ½

Another state checked off the list—and Indy delivered in the most unexpected ways. College sports culture? Undefeated. The State Fair? An absolute must. And the milk? They really love their milk here. Like, a lot.

Swipe through for the full Indy experience:

1. Street signs that set the tone.
2. The Indiana State Fair—pure Americana.
3. Walking trails that made me forget I was in a city.
4. Cows. So many cows. (And yes, I said hi to all of them.)
5. Mighty Mike the Strong Man. Respect the grind. šŸ’Ŗ
6. Milk. Everywhere. They’re not playing around.
7. College sports jerseys on every other person. Hoosiers take their hoops seriously.

Two things became very clear:
šŸ€ This city breathes college sports.
šŸŽ” The State Fair is THE place to be. Corn dogs, cows, and community—what more do you need?

Only a few more states to go before I’ve seen them all. This journey has been wild, and Indiana? You held it down.

What’s a state that surprised you? Drop it below. šŸ‘‡ taken in Indianapolis, IN by @bermanfenelus

Boston’s glass giants. Stripped down. šŸ™ļøāš«āšŖ

There’s something about black and white that makes modern architecture breathe. No color to distract, just geometry, contrast, and the sky doing its part.

Spent a morning around the Seaport letting the glass buildings do the talking. Reflections of clouds, neighboring towers, and the occasional passerby, each frame felt like a different conversation with the city.

Some things just hit different in monochrome. The lines get sharper. The light gets moodier. And suddenly, a glass tower becomes more than a building, it becomes a mirror of the moment.

Boston’s history gets all the love (rightfully so), but its modern side? Equally compelling. These steel-and-glass structures have their own rhythm, their own stories.

Which frame speaks to you? šŸ‘‡ taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @bermanfenelus

Boston, you surprised me. šŸ™ļøā¤ļø

Spent a weekend wandering your streets and honestly? I get the hype. History on every corner, culture that punches above its weight, and a vibe that’s equal parts old soul and new energy.

Swipe through for the full recap:

ā€œBoston Loves Youā€ at Boston Common—and I felt it.
Cambridge energy. Smart city vibes.
Harvard bus stop. Even the transit signs have prestige here.
ICA steps. Modern art meets harbor views.
Caribbean Night at ICA—because culture doesn’t sleep.
Boston Kitchen Pizza. No notes. Just delicious.
Smoke break in Chinatown. The alleys always tell the best stories.
The Embrace memorial. Stopped me in my tracks. Dr. King and Coretta’s legacy lives here.
Seaport district. Gleaming glass and good energy.
Boston Boat Show. Because when you’re surrounded by water, you lean in.
ā€œNo Alcohol Beyond This Pointā€ā€”Sam Adams included. Respect the rules. šŸ˜‚
Random neighborhood walks. The brownstones here have serious character.
Paramount Theatre. Historic marquee, timeless feel.
This city is layered. Colonial history, revolutionary spirit, world-class institutions, and neighborhoods that feel like communities. You can feel the pride in the air.

Got my steps in and the walkability? Elite. šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾

Which red are we feeling today? šŸ”“šŸ“ø

Three shades. Zero faces. All vibes.

Test shoot days are my favorite—no brief, no pressure, just pure experimentation. Grabbed these seamless rolls, lined them up, and let the colors do the talking. From rich crimson to pastel pink to deep burgundy—each one hits different.

There’s something about hiding behind the tools of your trade that makes the image more honest. You don’t need to see my face to know exactly what kind of shoot this was.

@SavageUniversal can I get a hookup? šŸ‘€ These seamless backdrops are carrying my entire studio aesthetic and I’m not mad about it.

Which shade is your favorite? Drop a 🟄⬜🟪 below. taken in New York, New York by @bermanfenelus

Had the best time shooting the newest neon collection for @digitswatch87 These ring watches are the retro accessory you didn’t know you needed—bold, playful, and built for today.

We went in for the lifestyle shots and walked away with pure magic. Huge thanks to my old friend @jeanabnyc for trusting me with her vision—collaborating with someone who gets it is everything. And shoutout to @valeriananclaresv for bringing the energy and making these neon rings come alive. šŸ™ŒšŸ¾

There’s something about a piece that feels like it belongs in a ā€˜90s time capsule but fits perfectly on your hand right now. These three neon beauties? Instant conversation starters.

You know what time it is. ā°

For Eunice Levis, the corner store was never just a bodega,it was a cathedral of community. šŸ›ļøāœØ

I had the honor of capturing these medium-format portraits of Eunice in Philly for her latest vision: El Colmado del Futuro, now on view at Cherry Street Pier. She’s reimagined the Caribbean colmado, not as a relic of the past, but as a futuristic sanctuary where our flavors, our rhythm, and our resilience collide.

I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with Eunice on numerous films over the years. I’ve watched her command sets, shape narratives, and pour her soul into every frame. So seeing her step into this new dimension, building entire worlds out of memory and imagination is nothing short of inspiring. She doesn’t just tell stories; she builds homes for our diaspora.

Shooting these on medium format felt right. Slower. More intentional. Every detail, the light on her skin, the texture of the space.

It’s our stories. It’s our time. šŸ‡©šŸ‡“šŸ‡šŸ‡¹āœŠšŸ¾

Philly, you surprised me. In the best way. šŸ„ØšŸ–¤

Coming from NYC, I thought I knew what a city felt like—but Philly has its own heartbeat. Gritty, artsy, historic, and weirdly charming. This carousel is my love letter to 48 hours of wandering.

Swipe through and let me break it down:

The Newsstand Association holding it down. Real ones know.
Murals on every corner. I’m convinced this is the best open-air gallery in the country.
NYC has Pizza Rat. Philly has Pizza Squirrel. Zoom in. I’ll wait. šŸ˜‚
Shoutout to the transit workers—this is a working-class city, and you can feel it in the best way.
The Philadelphia Inquirer building at magic hour. Print media forever.
Chinatown—vibrant, packed with flavor, and full of surprises (see slide 10).
Reading Terminal Market. If you know, you know.
Street vendor cheesesteaks > fancy restaurants. Always.
Nope, not the Manhattan Bridge. Can anyone guess which bridge this is? (Drop your answer below šŸ‘‡)
Ducks. In a Chinatown window. I have no explanation, but I love it.
The alleys always have characters—and apparently, a free couch if you need one (slide 13).
I’ll always love a Brooklyn brownstone, but Philly row homes? Gorgeous.
Another alley find. Does anyone actually need that couch? Asking for a friend.
Skyline views + historic sites every few blocks. No Uber needed. Just walk.
I came for the cheesesteaks and left with a serious appreciation for the murals, the history, and the hustle. Thanks for having me, Philly. šŸ™

And be honest—Team NYC or Team Philly? šŸ‘‡

Pool + community + Adult Swim. That’s a yes. ā˜€ļøšŸŒŠ

Had the best kind of surprise at the Adult Swim party at the Godfrey Hotel in LA. Shoutout to @porschethomas for the invite šŸ™

I usually live in block party energy, but this felt different. Still that same closeness, just with better pool floats and a view of the Hollywood hills.

11 frames, zero regrets. Swipe for the splash, the laughs, and the people who made it feel like a real hang.

You ever show up to a new kind of party and realize… this actually feels like home?

šŸ‘‡ Tell me your favorite summer party vibe. Pool, block, or beach?

13 frames from a week that felt like a movie. šŸŽ¬āœØ

LALIFF wasn’t just a festival. it was a full-circle moment. From the red carpet to the comedy workshop to watching Have a Nice Day glow on that big screen… I’m still buzzing.

Swipe for the real recap šŸ‘‰

1. That poster hug with family + festival laurels. My heart.
2. Packed house for Exodus & Have a Nice Day with Aida and Ilse. You showed up.
3. Standing next to Edward James Olmos—founder, legend, reminder that none of this happens without vision.
4. Jesse Garcia (yes, the Flaming Hot guy). We talked Cheetos and craft.
5. Red carpet with my incredible actresses Aida & Celines. They made me look good.
6. Day-one producer Sophia, PM Jesse, and Celines. My ride-or-die crew.
7. Disney x LALIFF Connect lunch. Dreams meet spreadsheets.
8. That lounge sign. Simple. Meant everything.
9. Trying to sell my film ON the red carpet. No shame. Filmmaker life.
10. Comedy directors workshop with Jorge, Marvin Lemus, Oz Rodriguez, Linda Mendoza, Aida Rodriguez. So much fire in one room.
11. Aida killing jokes. Obviously.
12. Les Jefes of comedy. New favorite band name.
13. Have a Nice Day on the big screen. I cried a little. Okay, a lot.

Grateful doesn’t cover it. This month was built by so many of you—in the audience, on the carpet, behind the scenes. Thank you.

Which moment would you have wanted to witness? šŸ‘‡

They call it LA LA Land for a reason. šŸ’«
You show up chasing the dream. The Hollywood sign, the star walks, the neon glow of old signage.
But the real movie? It plays out on the sidewalks.

Slide 1: The sign says ā€œWelcome to the Dream.ā€
Slide 2: Mel’s Drive-In still stealing my heart (I’m a sucker for old signs).
Slide 3–4: Street culture and vendors just living their real lives between the stars.
Slide 5: Gas prices that make you weep. Sheesh.
Slide 6: Trump’s Walk of Fame star—no lies told.
Slide 7: Chinese Theatre, still iconic but crowded with hustlers and history.
Slide 8: The Mormons showed up with a full choir. Vocal. Committed.
Slide 9: Sandwich, pizza & liquor stores on every block—that’s the real fuel of the Blvd.
Slide 10: A lady preaching Jesus with her whole chest. Respect.

This isn’t the red carpet. It’s the sidewalk.
Hollywood is a dream wrapped in a spectacle, stuffed with reality, and sold back to you one souvenir at a time. And honestly? I loved every strange, beautiful, unglamorous second of it.

Welcome to LA. The dream is messy. šŸ’‹šŸŒ“
