With our projection system, the CYC Studio is really a blank canvas.

Walls, floors, and the entire room can be transformed to fit your vision, creating an immersive environment that feels completely your own. There are so many possibilities with the space, and that’s what makes it exciting no two projects ever have to look or feel the same.

One of those nights where the space just felt completely different.

A beautiful skincare experience, an incredible chef, thoughtful details, and a room full of great people. It was pretty special to see the studio transformed into something so elegant for the evening.

Thank you @sundaecreativeagency for bringing it all together, and @menuextra for creating such a beautiful culinary experience.

There’s nothing we love more than creating inspiring events that ignite curiosity and spark conversation 💭✨ Top that with working alongside sensational teams we’ve grown to know and love so well, and it’s just the cherry on top 🍒

We had such a blast designing and producing this winter wonderland experience with our friends at @feverpitchcomms for @tourismequebec , hosted at the stunning @bermontstudios 🤍

Our goal was to transport guests straight into a world of Winterapy – where instead of fighting the cold, we channel the true Québec spirit and dive right into it, celebrating everything it has to offer 🇨🇦❄️

Throughout the space, guests were invited to experience the magic of Québec while chatting with real-life representatives from various regions – gaining first-hand stories, authentic perspectives, and a personalized sense of pride for each destination shared and discovered. 💬✨

The event featured:
• A gooey fondue + s’mores bar 🍫🔥
• An @igloofest_mtl-inspired bubble dome with @kev.teso spinning Québécois hits 🎶
• Taffy on snow and winter tea sampling 🍵
• A scent lab with @orrislabs , where guests designed their own Québec-inspired fragrances 🌲
• A hand-massage station featuring @stromspa I products 💆‍♀️
• A GIANT grazing station
• A Northern Lights experience complete with throat singing 🌌
• Hot chocolate from @cafexbica
• A retro ski portrait studio
• A dog sledding section showcasing an authentic dogsled from the Real Canadian Championships! 🐾🎿

A huge thank you to @tourismequebec & @feverpitchcomms for bringing us on board - to @bermontstudios for the incredible hospitality; to Mike, Chris, Owen, Andriea, and our sensational BAs for all their hard work and energy; and to the amazing guests who came out to celebrate Québec on this very toasty October day. ☀️🤍
