Only recently started performing these rear delt exercises, and shoulders have responded well.
A nice change up from the usual reverse flies or bentover lateral raise. Girls do their hair, men do shoulders. 😂 by @bernardlandford

I dont have to, i get to…

I get the privilege to do life with these humble and hungry men. Their heart for Jesus isnt perfect but it is passionate and being perfected daily. Jesus grew the church by discipleship, not church attendance. Love transforms lives!!! by @bernardlandford
