🚨 THE STOPWATCH DOESN’T KNOW YOUR GENDER… IT ONLY KNOWS YOUR TIME. ⏱️💎

These athletes didn’t earn recognition because of hype—they earned it through verified performance.

Today we’re introducing 💎 Diamond Times—HERS365’s benchmark for elite agility.

These verified L-Drill performances were compared against 2025–2026 NFL Draft picks who posted similar official 3-Cone times.

Because at HERS365…

📊 We don’t rank popularity.
🎥 We verify film.
📈 We verify data.
🏈 We verify performance.

Every tenth of a second matters.

Every verified rep matters.

Every verified play matters.

Every Diamond must be earned.

💎 You can earn your Diamond, but don’t have to be from boys.

Congratulations to our current Diamond Times Leaders:

🥇 Kayleigh Wallace — Florida
🥈 Jaysie Dailey — Georgia
🥉 Brianna Bogan — Florida
4️⃣ Cheyenne Rias — Georgia
5️⃣ Carrie Helman — Washington

Special shoutout to the NFL Draft athletes who set the standard:

@loganjones3
@samroush
@little_cuevas
@emmett21johnson
@jacobrodriguez

Who should be next on the 💎 Diamond Times leaderboard?

Still reminiscing about the explosive offensive plays from Battle of the States 💥🏈

The speed. The catches. The moves. The touchdowns. These athletes came to make a statement.

The future of girls’ flag football is here. 💎

The future is HERS.

Texas built the competitor in me. California gave me athletes to pour into. A coach doesn’t create stars—they create standards. When the standard becomes the culture, greatness becomes the expectation.”
