Another fantastic evening of fine dining at the @arcadiahomeandliving showroom.

Prepared by @hunters_chocolates, who built a five-course menu around a single ingredient without ever letting it feel obvious. Scallop and smoked artichoke risotto to start, a rib-eye cured in black treacle and cocoa for the main, and two desserts to close, one built on Ghana-origin chocolate, the other a whisky baba.

It was a big day of tasting. So exciting to taste the new vintages and see the innovation and diversity coming from this part of the world in the East of England. It’s also fascinating to see the progress of producers who continue to evolve with each vintage.
