Over 15,000 steps later we can confirm which bells still work on the system over at @berwick_house

Testing the system 19th Century style ( not using our mobiles) took us quite a while to figure it out and turned into the ultimate game of hide and seek. 🙈 Will had a massive advantage as he grew up here so he knows the layout like the back of his hand. I actually got lost at one point. 😅

The people that worked in this house must of had a good ear to work out which bell was ringing as they did all sound different, but with over 30 bell tones it was pretty difficult to pin point each one.

Now we also know how the bell pulls and buttons worked IRL I’ve got order a few bits and pieces and then we will be an able to start reconnecting the first bell at our house. 🔔🙌 I think this might be a job for Dad

Step inside one of England’s quiet treasures, Berwick House 🏛️

Every detail, from the stained glass to the carved staircases, tells a story of history and careful restoration. Will and Kassidy have done an amazing job of preserving and restoring this beautiful building.

A place where craftsmanship, architecture, and heritage come together beautifully.

I wasn’t expecting to see so many beautifully preserved period features in one building and now I have so much inspiration for our next project. I’ll explain why in my next reel.

I had the absolute pleasure of being part of Berwick House Open Day on Sunday, and what an incredible venue it is! 🤍

From the moment I started wandering around, I found myself gasping at almost every room. The high ceilings, the beautiful natural light, the exquisite details… every corner had something special to offer✨

Combined with an amazing team and some truly wonderful suppliers, it’s easy to see why Berwick House is such a standout venue in Shropshire🥂

Sophie & Sam 🤍

Some weddings just have a way of feeling effortlessly timeless.

Black tie elegance, one of the hottest days of the summer, a church ceremony with Sophie’s veil catching the breeze, confetti that completely filled the air, and an evening spent chasing the last of the golden light around the beautiful grounds of Berwick House.

The symmetry of the gardens, the grandeur of the house and those sunset portraits gave us the perfect backdrop, but as always, it was the two of them that made every frame. Relaxed, completely present and enjoying every second together.

A proper summer wedding, finished with one incredible sunset.

Congratulations, Sophie & Sam. Thank you for trusting me to tell your story. 🤍
