I’m a beginner custom banner artist, learning the curves and enjoying every step of the journey.

Every banner is hand-drawn from scratch and hand-painted with care. No shortcuts…just creativity, patience, and lots of practice.

I’m still learning, improving, and finding my own style along the way. Each piece is a little reminder that growth happens one brushstroke at a time. ✨

Looking through some of my old artwork, I came across this silhouette drawing of my two kids that I created years ago. ❤️

Finding it brought back so many memories. It’s amazing how a simple piece of art can capture a moment in time and remind you just how quickly children grow.

I’m so grateful I created this when they were little. It has become more than just a drawing…

Sometimes the oldest pieces are the ones that mean the most. 💛

I often draw happy, cute, bubbly things, but sometimes I hear stories of women experiencing miscarriage, and I feel their pain so deeply.

The first time a mother hears her baby’s heartbeat, it means everything. It’s the sound of life growing inside her — something so beautiful, hopeful, and full of love. But I also think about the other side… the unbearable moment when parents are told, “I’m sorry, there is no heartbeat.”

I can’t imagine how painful those words must feel.

This post is dedicated to every mother who has experienced that loss. Your grief is real, your baby mattered, and this should never be treated as a taboo subject. You are not alone. by @bessy.artstudio

I recreated this drawing from another artist. In the original, the mother is holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand, but I wanted to portray her holding hands with her two boys instead. (2024)
