@smugbrothers - Gravity Is Just A Way To Fall is officially out on vinyl today. It means a ton to us to be celebrating our 10th release with an artist we admire as much the Smug’s. Gravity Is Just A Way To Fall is a retrospective of the bands 20 year run of churning out catchy as hell anthemic power pop of the mid-fi variety. #bestbrotherrecords #independentrecordlabel #smugbrothers by @bestbrotherrecords

Happy Bandcamp Friday. Another chance to support independent artists & labels. It would be a fine time to catch up on our recent releases from @mythicalmotors , Hedge & Black Beach as well getting your @smugbrothers & @strange_pains preorders in. Thanks to the artists we have the privilege of working with and all of you for your continued support. #bandcampfriday #bestbrotherrecords #bostonrecordlabel #independentrecordlabel by @bestbrotherrecords

Tremolo On The Punchline is out now! Vinyl is available courtesy of @bestbrotherrecords & @repeatingcloud. CDs will be released later this month from @subjangle_official. Thanks to everyone who purchased a copy so far!

"Seventeen songs of exuberant, unflappable guitar pop music combining the angelic vocals of Tobin Sprout with the mysticism of Robert Pollard... I could see just about anything off of this album being the one that resonates with any given listener in particular."
-Rosy Overdrive

"There is something new and exciting about Tremolo On The Punchline. It is the first Mythical Motors album to get a vinyl release, which feels like a proper milestone for any underground musician... You can pick it up through Repeating Cloud and Best Brother Records, and I recommend doing exactly that. That is exactly the kind of underground hero we like to champion. Tremolo On The Punchline contains some of Addison’s best material yet, and that says plenty."

Tomorrow marks the digital release of @hedgebandma ‘s excellent new EP. We’ve had a small hiccup with the pressing plant but have been assured records will be in hand early April. For now enjoy the magnificence of this incredible cover of a GBV classic filtered through a lense of Weston & the Huskers only the way Christopher and his bandmates in Hedge can. Big love to @rosyoverdrive for their coverage and kind words. #hedgeband #freezeframehighfive #bestbrotherrecords #independentrecordlabel #hinghammassachusetts by @bestbrotherrecords
