A flip house transformation so amazing it looks fake!

When we first walked into this mountain home, it was in serious disarray. An 8,000 pound jacuzzi had compromised the outer deck and the whole balcony was crumbling. We rebuilt the entire balcony piece by piece.

We opened the main room up to highlight the best part of living in the mountains: the VIEW!

Walking in on ground level, you’re immediately living among the treetops! Imagine having your morning coffee or an evening nightcap on one of two massive balconies. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house is the perfect mountain retreat and we are so excited for the new owners to experience the best this mountain has to offer.

This split level house needed to be brought forward a few decades- so we removed a bunch of the labyrinth walls, raised the floor to consistent throughout the house, and made everything new throughout! The results are stunning! by @bestfliphouses
