she never brags so i’ll do it for her 😌

no coach, no gels, just 200kms+ a week by herself (901kms in july, @just_truett levels of work) and more dedication than anyone i’ve ever seen. 8th place at her first @lululemon @seawheezehalfmarathon, coming for the win next year 🫡
so proud of you @marijagrasa

there’s something so special about locking eyes with a seal: wary, yet inquisitive, playful and trusting. one of my favorite parts of every morning. don’t forget to romanticize your life a little bit!

do not, i repeat, do NOT attempt a 200 back with 3 weeks of training (still broke the provincial record though)

also broke a canadian record 3 times in 3 swims, we’re on the right track 🫡🫡 powered by @transparentlabs as always. shout out to self 2 doing the work @sipdrake
