[General Convention 26] This past week three of our brothers traveled to Oxford, Ohio for Beta Theta Pi’s 187th General Convention at Miami University, where our fraternity was founded. Over four days they represented our chapter in legislative sessions voting on fraternity-wide policy, leadership and educational programming, ritual and history workshops that deepened their understanding of Beta’s founding and values, and brotherhood events with Betas from across the country.

We’re also proud to have brought home both the Sisson and Knox Awards. The Sisson recognizes chapters that meet a high standard across academics, recruitment, retention, leadership development, and financial health. The Knox goes a step further, honoring the top 5% of Beta chapters that exceed those marks with even higher benchmarks for GPA, member retention, and overall operations. Grateful to the brothers who represented us. by @beta_shu
