Welcome to my healing room! Massage books are open during the week Wednesdays & Fridays in Pasadena.

In a session, you can expect custom tailored bodywork for your needs, including therapeutic and deep tissue techniques as well as myofascial release, thera-gun and sound healing. I incorporate aromatherapy into my sessions, too.

Esalen Institute (April 26’)

@sara_ruffin and I treated ourselves to a self-guided retreat weekend in Big Sur to celebrate my 38th birthday 🎂

I expected to have a transformative experience and spend a lot of time in deep reflection; what I did not anticipate was to find a community of people who would ultimately bond and spend the weekend together sharing all of these wonderful experiences.

I’ve realized through the years that while I have a lot of personal resolve and strength, I heal the best in community. In the company of others, you have many mirrors showing you the way.

This first photo is special because I’m doing oracle readings for 3 guys who came to Esalen for similar reasons, and I witnessed the softening of their hearts. From strangers to family in 48 hours ❤️

Thank you to my yin, Sara, for always giving meaning to the tiniest things, for offering a different perspective to all of my strongest opinions, and for being the playful faery spirit I had been searching for in a friend all my life.

What a cool experience I will treasure. ✨ taken in Esalen by @beth__imai

🌸 Moments from our flower studies during today’s workshop 🌸

🌱 We picked stems to spend time with while closely observing each petal’s unique color and contour

🌱 It was a delight to see a range of approaches to the prompt, and thank you to all who joined!
