2016 trend got me thinking - there would be no triumphant 2016 for me if there wasnt this amazing woman - 2013 beth right here..

she was so bold, so courageous. she took risks and chances that made me better. she had a lot of healing ahead of her. she paved the pathway for enormously beautiful chapters of meaningful work, learning to surf, sharing that love with rva and creating community around those silly workout classes… to meeting my love and building a home in the swamps not too far from where she started in 2013…

2026 winter has been so fn brutal. i gain strength and love from thinking about 2016 beth for sure but esp her lil sister 2013 beth.. what it looks like to follow your heart and intuition. to trust that things will work out. to constantly rebuild my own self esteem and trust..

entering a rebuilding phase and can’t wait to get back on the waves.. because that’s all this life is. a series of waves and new beginnings 🌊 by @beth__roach

it’s a day i’ll never ever forget - so much love, tons of smiles, pure JOY! 🌱

well over 100 supporters from super near and very far!! i know more wanted to be here.. this was a test run for the big BIG grand opening in march
