To clarify Im not dealing with Postpartum depression. I have BPD that was misdiagnosed up until my early 20s. I was diagnosed with chronic depression at the age of 10, my symptoms of bpd showed around the age of 12-17 but doctors & therapist just kept placing me on different medications. Im open about talking about my mental health, so this past weekend when I called suicide prevention number I was pretty upset about being put on hold. My children keep me grounded enough to not do anything to myself, however thats not the case for everyone. So if anyone ever needs someone to talk to. Im always available. No matter what time it is. by @beth_la98

This has been one hella of a year, I made a promise to myself the beginning of the year to focus on myself more.
