A few bits and bobs still to finish off but pretty much there. 😬 It's been a full on 14 weeks, I'm definitely ready for a rest and a bit of normality! Learned a few more skills on this one including panelling and flooring which I haven't done before.

Goes on the market today if anyone is looking to rent ! 😄

Thanks to all the trades involved especially BMP projects 🙌

Just a few updates of before and, sort of halfway through.
First pic is the tiny 2nd bedroom which had a huge water cylinder and built in cupboard taking up so much space so I decided to update the boiler to a combi to eliminate the need for this cylinder which meant the whole lot could be ripped out to create more room. There will be a sliding cottage door in this room to create a bit more space.
Also, very happy to report the kitchen is in !! Really delighted with it , I think it looks lovely and hopefully in keeping with the style of property. Plasterer is back tomorrow to skim over the swirly artex in the lounge and decorating continues upstairs.
The end is in sight...if I squint quite a bit 😆

A few updates on the cottage. Tongue and groove nearly finished on the stairs, trims to go on before painting (to cover the wonky edges 😆) this has taken me aaaages ! I'm definitely no carpenter, but trial and error and slowly I've got there, think it'll look pretty good when painted up!
Tongue and groove nearly finished in the bathroom and tiling started, waiting for the shower to go in to finish this off.
Wallpaper off in the front bedroom ready for the wall panels and lastly the storeroom/work room, it's all very compact and bijou! by @beth_rushton_

Believe it or not this 'is' progress 😄 , everything ripped out and wallpaper off. Ready for a damp proof course and some re-pastering. Thankfully electrics are up to date and pretty OK, just need some tweeking. New kitchen arrives on Friday (a little way off fitting yet though !)

Congratulations to Simon and Iliana who tied the knot today at the stunning @vicarageboutique . Their cake was inspired by their love of world travel 🌍 . Thanks to the hugely talented @fleurdelacouture for providing the flowers to decorate the wedding cake, and the cheese cake ! Provided by @godminster 🧀.
