recovery season🫀#juniorgymnastics

“my health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; He is mine forever.”
‭‭psalms‬ ‭73‬:‭26‬ ‭

today marks the start of national eating disorder awareness week, february 23 through march 1, 2026. with the end of this gymnastics season & one full year of recovery, God continues to wrap me tight in His arms. He’s provided me with an incredible support system & a renewed passion to nourish my body.

the lies of ana will always be there, but my fight proves them wrong. authentically laughing with my best friends, the ability to ignore the labels & measuring cups, moving my body out of joy, not punishment—this is freedom.

to the silent bystanders during my lowest points, thank you. sometimes love is saying nothing at all, but my time to share has come. everyone has a story; i pray mine can be a story of hope for those in the midst of the storm.

together, one bite at a time

la semana pasada cannot be encompassed in words—of any language :))) The Creator of the universe allowed me to serve, be served, build relationships, & construct a home alongside a beautiful community. His sea of grace is eternal; let’s forever rejoice 💖
