Turns out, weโ€™re better together. ๐Ÿพ Itโ€™s official: Layton, Ogden + Bountiful are now sister gyms. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ”ฅ Bountiful has spent nearly five years building something that already matters. An incredible team, an incredible community, and hundreds of women who have made this place theirs. We arenโ€™t starting over. Weโ€™re coming together. Three gyms with their own stories, their own people, and their own strengths. Now connected by one team, one mission, and a whole lot more women in each otherโ€™s corner. Thatโ€™s the part Iโ€™m most excited about. At @burnbootcamp , itโ€™s never about adding another gym. Itโ€™s about growing the impact we can make when women believe in themselves and in each other. The sisterhood just got bigger. ๐Ÿฉต Bountiful, I made a video to introduce myself, tell you a little more about why Iโ€™m here, and share what this means for all of us. Itโ€™s linked in our stories and bio โ—กฬˆ Layton. Ogden. Bountiful. :: Strong on our own. Better together. ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ”— https://zoom.us/clips/share/qlsSwgRURceaZ26Jg9MzOQ by @bethany.mcvay

The first rule of Fight Club: you donโ€™t fight alone. ๐ŸฅŠ The people who hype you up, call you out, laugh until it hurts, and stand beside you when life hits back. Life comes with enough fights of its own. Glad Iโ€™ve got these people in my corner. ๐Ÿค by @bethany.mcvay

We came together because of a brand, but we stay together because of a mission. @morgan.a.kline said, โ€ @devan.kline followed by sharing how Morganโ€™s belief in him is what gave him the confidence to keep going and ultimately led to where Burn is today. Then he talked about championship culture :: holding people to a higher standard because you love them, not in spite of it. Thatโ€™s what People First really means. As I looked around the room, I could see those messages werenโ€™t just coming from the stage, they were happening all around us. The Franchise Partners Iโ€™ve chosen to surround myself with are the first to celebrate someone elseโ€™s win. Whether theyโ€™re on their feet applauding, cheering louder than anyone else, or genuinely excited for a friend theyโ€™ve watched grow, their joy for others is impossible to miss. Those are my people. We all have something in common. We celebrate others without hesitation. We cheer loudly. We encourage freely. We believe in people long before the results are obvious. Thatโ€™s what makes Burn special to me. Itโ€™s not just the workouts or the business. Itโ€™s a community of people who believe in each other enough to help one another grow. Belief creates confidence. Confidence changes lives. And that ripple effect is why weโ€™re all here. by @bethany.mcvay
