It was the most beautiful day and so representative of who they are as people and a couple. Dearbhla and Zoe’s love is so warm and welcoming, they can’t help but share it with everyone they know and they show up for everyone with such grace. I couldn’t be happier for you both, who are deserving of all the love and happiness in the world. On Sunday I passed my Yoga Teacher Training Practical Exam 🦋

This is the first thing I’ve ever actively chosen for myself and committed to as an adult. Some days I really doubted myself, but I knew I wanted to share with others the feeling of contentment that yoga has offered me in some of my hardest seasons. I had talked myself out of the course for 2 years and I truly sensed this was the moment to do it.

I may be a newly qualified teacher, but I remain a humble, grateful, eternal student 🌀✨🙏

So grateful for this entire experience, thanks to the wonderful teachers at @yoga_wellness_hub John, Karen, Michael and Christian and the wonderful cohort of women who went on this journey with me ❤️

A quiet moment on the mat in January 2024, where I really started to see the impact yoga had on my mental and physical health ❤️‍🩹

I am eternally grateful for my 25th year - I have grown and experienced so much 💕

My birthday, Sagittarius season and the end of the year always makes me so emotional. Because not enough of us get to celebrate all the years we deserve and celebrating a new year on this earth is the biggest privilege. Last year I felt so conflicted turning 25 which is half my mammy’s entire lifespan.

So when I looked back upon the words I told myself approaching 25, I felt them so deeply. And as I turned 26 I felt ready. Ready to let the chips fall where they may. The day I became 26 I thought of my mammy, celebrated with my family, felt my love for this life deeply and wanted to keep showing up for myself and others ✨

And that’s what I’ll do. For this birthday and all those that come after 🥰 #26 by @bethanyysmm
