Happy 40th Birthday to my favorite person in the world @fistfulofshreddedcheese ! You make every day so much fun and I am so lucky that I get to spend life adventuring, kayaking, camping, belly laughing and of course snacking with you. I love you so much, now let’s get some birthday chowder! ❤️ by @bethaustindraws

Tomorrow is the annual Teamaker Bazaar at the SE location of Smith Teamaker from 10-6. This year I made pasta themed earrings and ornaments, complete with sauce drip beads. Hope to see you there! taken in Smith Teamaker by @bethaustindraws

Had such a blast at the Riso Basics class today! I left with my own 2 color print edition as well as a print from each member of the class. Thanks @outletpdx @katebingburt and @lelandthebird for hosting such a fun and informative class!!! taken in Outlet by @bethaustindraws

We said goodbye to Samara a week ago today. She’s been such a good buddy over the last 15 years and we are missing her hard.

This girl had so much personality and spice. She never met a box she didn’t like, especially if she barely fit. She avoided her brother’s affection as much as possible. She loved when I started working from home so she could be held like a baby and flick her tail across my keyboard. She was a trash gremlin and a cheese fiend. She’s been with me since I was a 19 year old art student in my first apartment, my whole adult life. It’s hard to imagine life without her, but I’m so grateful for all the sweet memories.

Give your pets some extra cuddles today. ❤️ by @bethaustindraws

Happy birthday to my favorite person in the world! I know it’s been a shit year, but I am so thankful to have you to by my side through it all. We’ve been able to spend so much time together giggling, eating delicious meals, and teasing the cats - and for that I am so grateful. Birthdays this year are weird, so everyone go give him some extra love! Hopefully we can all have one giant birthday celebration when this is all over. I love you so much @ramenbaron ❤️❤️❤️ by @bethaustindraws

Greeting the ocean like a long lost friend. Thank you for the salt-kissed cheeks, whale spouts, and silly grins with my favorite person. taken in Neskowin, Oregon by @bethaustindraws

I bought myself an ipad as a quarantine treat so I can learn how to use Procreate. Here is my first try and wow, it is so fun and I can feel my love for drawing coming back after a long hiatus. Remember when I used to post drawings? Or post anything at all? I haven’t felt like posting anything personal in quite some time, but I thought these craggy edges might brighten someone’s day, so here I am. Please do something small that brings you joy today. 💛 taken in Portland, Oregon by @bethaustindraws

Making the Oregon Coast come to me with these moody colors. Mixing colors and using my hands has been so helpful, especially with no purpose or deadline. Just pure fun.
