Hi! I’m Beth. I haven’t always been incredibly open about some parts of the journey that brought me where I am today. I’ve joked with friends that I accidentally fell in love and moved to Canada 😅🤣 Which is true! But it’s not the whole story.

I spent the majority of my life working and hustling in the entertainment industry in LA. But when the pandemic hit, everything changed for me. It affected my career in huge ways & caused me to take a step back. It also collided with a devastating time for my family.

My mom was hospitalized during the pandemic with what might have been COVID or COVID related pneumonia, but it was so early in the pandemic that there weren’t tests readily available, so we will never really know. Regardless, she was incredibly sick and I was not able to travel due to the shutdown. Eventually I drove home to see her. The long and short of the next 2 years boils down to this:

My dad had been hiding huge details about his life from our family. The toll it had taken on my mother was enormous and life shattering. It became obvious to me that leaving her there in that state was just not something I could consider. I ended my lease in LA and said goodbye to the life I had built for almost 2 decades and moved home to be with her.

I decided my next career move would not be like my last. I refused to accept a job anywhere but in a role and company that fit my needs and personal criteria. I searched for weeks and only submitted applications to roles tangential to my production and events experience in the video gaming industry. I lucked out. I found Digital Extremes (who are based in Canada).

Over the last 3 years I’ve been beyond blessed by the role I have, the team I work with and the people this job has led me to. Including my now fiancé 🥰 - Hence the move to Canada!

Mom is doing amazing, btw! She’s taking everyday in stride and has made a huge recovery from absolutely mind blowing and heartbreaking experiences. My whole family has. I never would have gotten through those years without the wisdom and support of my siblings and my sister in law.

Now here we are. And I’m starting to build something new ⭐️ by @bethbryson

It all starts with an inquiry. Once I understand what you need, I’ll send you a quote reflecting the scope of work you’ve requested. Then I’ll mange the vendor proposal and contract process for you.

And I won’t stop there. I’ll follow through by overseeing the rooming lists, attendees communications, and all additional planning with individual guests and vendors.

💔 Rupert 💔 Rest in treats, my sweet boy.
Yesterday we did the impossible and said goodbye to our little Rupert. It wasn’t sudden, but somehow it still feels too soon. He passed quietly and peacefully at home, surrounded by treats and love.

Rupert protected our house and our hearts with the tenacity of a dog ten times his size. And his appetite was just as big. 🥲😅 He was the most loyal and brave companion imaginable.

His favorite spot was being curled up next to, or on the lap of one of his people. I spent countless days and nights with him curled up on my lap. During work days he would grumble to get my attention so I would put him on my lap while I worked. After work hours he was the very best snuggle buddy and I spent hours playing video games with him.

Walks got hard in the last few years of his life, but he loved them all the same. I’ll always be grateful for the years we had.

No words I love to hear more than “ok, we’re booked!” 🤩🤩🤩 This month I am ultra focused on helping GROUPS of people travel. Weddings, business trips, corporate clients, fandoms/hobby hangouts and family reunions. If you’ve been appointed the point person for a group that needs travel support - I’m here to coordinate + negotiate on your behalf while keeping the whole group organized.

Today marks my first 6 months as a Fora travel advisor 😌 I’ve learned an incredible amount in such a short amount of time and I am so excited to learn even more. This is really just the beginning of this chapter of my life as a travel professional.

Here are some of the exciting things coming up that I am going to be posting updates about:
Sept- Traveling to Seoul South Korea & Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. Very excited because this is so many first time destinations for me!
Sept- The Fora Groups Intensive Training in Chicago (I am SO excited about this and unbelievably grateful to have qualified as Pro so I am eligible to attend)
Oct-London, UK & Glasgow, Scotland. One I’ve visited and one new destination!
Oct- My wedding! 😅 I am providing full service planning of tours, transportation and accommodations for all of our guests for 1 full week in Scotland. Weddings and group travel are projects I LOVE to support. If you are getting married, planning a family reunion, etc… or know someone who is - please send them my contact info. I would love to help!
Nov- Fora Forum in Miami!! Also a first time destination for me! And I am SO excited to be on the Pro networking track for this year’s event.
Dec- secrets looolll
Jan- I’ll be participating in my FIRST wedding expo! Providing travel services for couples and their guests is something I am exceedingly well equipped to do and finding more couples who are a great fit for the services I provide is such an exciting prospect 🥰

OH! AUGUST 2027: I HAVE MY FIRST GROUP CRUISE BOOKING ….. Alaska: Hubbard Glacier & Coastal Views with Virgin Voyages!! (Reach out if you’re at all interested in hearing about this 😇)

So many more firsts to come and some amazing opportunities. Thank you to every client who has reached out, booked or passed along my details. Every little thing counts for me. Travel is the cornerstone of the human experience and connecting people to new experiences and destinations is a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Can’t wait to see what the next 6 months brings! And the 6 months after that and after that and…… ✨

So so so thankful. This morning I am full of gratitude and wanted to take a moment to say it to all of you. Mo matter how big or small the trip has been, every single inquiry has meant so much to me. Introducing ➡️ The parts that nobody sees.

Load-in for TennoConcert 2026 started on a Monday, and the show was on a Friday night. In that 5-day timeframe we were able to:
•
➡️ Set up not one, but two, specialty human load stunt winch systems
➡️ Install all apparatus’
➡️ Set and test heights & speeds
➡️ Run safety checks (every day, multiple times a day)
➡️ Map ground pathways for dancers, acrobats, riggers, crew and media team
➡️ Run cue to cues
➡️ Rehearse transitions
➡️ Set lighting
➡️ Sync cues with music / lighting / multi media teams
➡️ Run the acts
➡️ Test all props
➡️ Refine choreography according to the unique attributes of the space
➡️ Made new friends for life - because when so many awesome humans collab on a production, you can’t help but learn / grow / raise the bar together. 🙌

This one is so exciting for me. An Alaskan cruise has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember! This is also a special one because with am celebrating a milestone birthday, AND a milestone in my burgeoning career as a travel professional. Not to mention the time to rest, relax snd reconnect with my love after an incredibly stressful (though rewarding) season of work. 🥰

The countdown is ON! One week to our Alaskan cruise!! I’m at a loss for words 🥹 First post after my largest event of the year is a BANGER! I cannot believe I have achieved this milestone. As of this morning, I am a Pro Advisor with Fora Travel!!!! Thank you to every client who has trusted me with their travel, reached out with questions, and supported my little dream.

This is just the beginning for my Book With Beth chapter 🤓🎉 I am accepting clients for fall and festive season travels as well as 2027 bookings 🙏🏻💪❤️

The Path to Pro courses taught by @juliaburketx were such a massive blessing and I couldn’t be more grateful to her as a mentor. Thank you @foratravel for building such a fabulous community!! by @bethbryson
