If you find yourself in upper Manhattan, wondering if you have time to go to The Cloisters, stop the debate and just go! I almost forgot how lovely it is! So restorative. taken in Cloisters Museum and Gardens by @bethduerr

I haven’t spent nearly enough time at the beach this year! That’s going to change, before the summer’s end.

This one went through all kinds of changes! When I initially thought it was done, it was mostly all green - with the exception of a faint white spiral, radiating out from the center. But the color didn’t feel right and I wanted more time with it. I ended up scratching away almost all of the top layer with an X-acto knife - I only left the center point where the lines converge. It ended up becoming a totally different drawing and it’s now finished!
