So… I was posting about going to see The Drama AND simultaneously I overheard women across from me in the subway literally talking about it and on their way to see it!!! The were excited they knew nothing! So yes… take this as your sign. Go see it in #theaters - go in knowing nothing if you can. It’s a brilliant film made by brilliant people and the kind of wild ride you see so rarely. I’m so very proud to be in it. Public Art project, The Want of Spring, just wrapped up our Phase II work this June in Tyringham, MA! We are thrilled to be creating with local wood and sculpture artists @diego_salinetti and @markusweinfurtersculptures on the beautiful land of Woven Roots, a hand-scale community farm and cultural space. Funded by the generous support of @creative_capital, @nefa_1976, @masscultural and the Tyringham Cultural Council, this work emphasizes multisensory engagement that responds to the seasons, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in a living, breathing landscape. US Poet Laureate Ada Limón’s poem, Reasons for Living, inspired both the title and the spirit of this project. “What does it mean to live a nutrient-rich life?” is a return to ourselves as we tune in to our organic essence, our breath, and our shared rhythm in order to remain a healthy, balanced, and cohesive species—one that can honor our place in the natural order of life and experience healthy, joyful lives with ease. In an unexpected thwack of nostalgia from babydom. A blast from the world of 2010 and a video I made in honor of my first tour with The @caravanstage Company and a traveling tallship vagabond theater community that changed my LIFE. 12 years with these magicians and their commitment to save the world with story and adventure. This tour was production in Tivat, Montenegro and then we toured all of the Dalmatian coast, up and over to the marche in Italy. And I fell in love with Markus 🥰 by @bethesun

Unholy (the movie) flash back from my computer! This movie came out during the pandemic and I booked the role while Markus was on the operating table for an appendectomy in Tampa. So that. The rings of my grandmothers, a nail color the lady at the salon helped me pick out, a vintage #tahari dress given to me by psychic medium in hiding in Bennington Vermont, a pair of never worn #manoloblahnik shoes I got at a thrift store on San Juan island, art deco earrings, all shepherded together with artistic care of my beloved friend of 20+ years who I happen to catch via text on his layover between Paraguay and home in Tokyo- thank you so much you brilliant style magician @jack1066.
