The most incredible mother-daughter trip filled with beautiful places, unforgettable experiences, endless laughter, and moments I wish I could bottle up forever.

As magical as France was, the greatest gift was simply having this time together. Exploring, laughing, making memories, and soaking up every moment with my girl.

There is nothing wrong with saving the kitchen photos you love, sending me the Pinterest board, or showing me what caught your eye in someone else’s home.

That inspiration tells me a lot about what you’re drawn to.

But the goal is never to recreate someone else’s space.

It’s to take those ideas and shape them around your home, your routines, your family, and the way you want to live every day.

When I started this business more than 20 years ago, I could never have imagined what it would become.

I thought I was building a career in design.

What I was really building was trust.

Trust from clients who invited me into their homes.
Trust from families who called me back years later.
Trust from referrals that turned into new relationships.

And somewhere along the way, the work became about so much more than projects.

It became about creating spaces where families gather, where traditions begin, where memories are made, and where their story continues to unfold.

More than 20 years later, I’m still walking into homes with samples in hand and ideas in my head, with an even deeper appreciation for what it means to be trusted with someone’s home.

I’m incredibly grateful for the business this has become, and even more grateful for the people who helped build it. 💚

Downsizing doesn’t mean giving up warmth.

Thoughtful placement, layered accessories, and an easy flow helped this new space feel cozy, connected, and just right for this family.

When the kids come home from school or friends gather for the evening, the room still needs to accommodate for real life.

The goal was a space that feels comfortable for everyday moments and just as welcoming when the house is full. 🤍

This fireplace didn’t need to be replaced. It just needed a new point of view.

We added paneling for architectural interest, we limewashed the stone, introduced a fresh paint color, and incorporated the TV in a way that feels intentional for this family room.

Together, those changes gave the fireplace more presence while making it feel much more connected to the rest of the room.

Instead of starting over, we saw the potential in what was already there, the result speaks for itself.

This family of four now has a gathering place they can enjoy every day.

Curb appeal is the first impression your home makes.

But this project is about so much more than paint colors and stone.

Every exterior decision matters. The paint color, shutters, stone, roofing, and architectural details all need to work together to create a timeless, cohesive look that feels beautiful in every season and in every light.

But what makes this project especially meaningful is why this family is remodeling.

They love their neighborhood.

They love their community.

Rather than leaving to build a new home somewhere else, they’re choosing to thoughtfully transform the home they’ve already built a life in.

That means every decision we make is with the bigger picture in mind—from the undertones of the stone and surrounding homes to the landscape and the feeling you experience the moment you pull into the driveway.

We want an exterior that not only creates a beautiful first impression but also creates a home that feels timeless, welcoming and comfortable in the neighborhood it was always meant to be a part of.

A great kitchen isn’t designed around cabinets.

It’s designed around the life that happens between them.

Before we talk about finishes, we’re thinking about where the kids will grab after-school snacks.

Where everyday appliances should live so the counters stay clear.

How the island will become the place for homework, morning coffee, and family dinners in the making.

We’re planning for holiday baking, neighbors stopping by, and the moments when everyone naturally gathers in the kitchen.

Because every decision, from the butler’s pantry to the island layout, is about making this home work beautifully for the family who lives here.

That’s the part of the design process people don’t always see… but it’s the part that matters most. 🤍
