OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDALIST 😭🥉

8 years ago I watched the triathlon on the beach in Rio and felt totally inspired, so much so I moved my life to Leeds to train with the best in the world.

I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved in this sport but for me it’s been the most rewarding journey with a truly amazing group of people and sponsors by my side. I hope they all know how much of an important part they have played in my success. Because I don’t believe I could have done it without them 🫶❤️‍🔥

⭐ 2nd in the World ⭐️

In January I could only have dreamed of being in this position. I think it’s easy to feel disappointed with yesterday and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t but I gave it everything.

It’s taken a village to get me back healthy this year and in a position to fight for podiums. Couldn’t have done it without Mitch, Dane, family and friends, physio and medical, training partners, Brit Tri, sponsors and of course David and Charlie 💙
I’m proud of the fight and ending 2026 injury free!!!!, happy and so ready for a reset.

After such a strong start in the swim, I was disappointed to finish up 6th yesterday 😢

Unfortunately I got very, very cold and just couldn’t manage to warm up, but I’m proud of myself for fighting all the way to the finish when it really felt like I might not make it 😭
