By far the most unsettling drive I’ve ever been on , through the mountainous, #guardrail-less, narrow winding A95 with sheep actively crossing the slick road. I was just a passenger princess.

Great job keeping to the left, @mikeburrrrrr, but not too far left. #scotland #highlands by @bethylou10

Shooting with Dolly Parton and her sister Rachel was a bright and shining moment in my career.

I plated a serving of chicken fried steak in front of the Queen of Country, too awed and nervous to speak. Dolly kindly broke the ice by asking me in her signature drawl, “So honey, how long have you been gravy dumpin?”

She had such a way with words.

On set that day, Dolly made every crew member who crossed her path feel interesting and important. And she did it in 6 inch stilettos. What a talent. What a spirit. What a loss.

Rest in peace Dolly. Thank you for the many gifts you shared with the world.

And thank you to my @realhomechef HomeChef fam and @loveinthelox for trusting me with this shoot. I’ll never forget it. by @bethylou10

At the end of the day, it’s always the burger and fries

$I fractured my clavicle on Saturday. While riding my cruiser in a designated bike lane just a couple of blocks from my home, I was doored by a Ford F-150 driver who didn’t bother to check his rearview mirror before throwing open his massive vehicle. You know there’s no damage to him or his truck. Yes, I was wearing a helmet. And yes, I have been doored before, about 12 years ago, resulting in a lot of expensive dental work. Not sure yet how long I’ll be slinging it. Can’t style the foods with my dominant hand/arm in a sling. Trying to stay positive and engaged and pain-free. #igotdoored #again #brokenbone #bikeaccident by @bethylou10$
