There’s something surreal about sharing our first post on social media with a blank grid staring back at us. The empty squares scream at us with giddy potential, endless creative possibilities, and leave us with the constant question of “ArE we EvEN doing this riGHT?” What is “right” when you’re building something new? The right thing to us is to start and see what sticks, and have a good time. Soooo Hi! We’re Mads & Adam—life partners and now creative partners at Better Half Brand Studio. On our first date, we pointed out the obvious: I’m a strategist & copywriter (Mads) and you’re a visual designer (Adam). What a damn lovely set of complementary skillsets. I wonder if we could work together one day… Fast-forward 2.5 years, and here we are. Why now? We love our community and want to help fuel the cool ideas bursting at the seams all around us, and work with these kind of people: a chemical engineer moonlighting as a flower farmer, a maple fanatic turning kitchen experiments into sorbet pops, and a chamber of commerce working to put local businesses on the map through fresh, inventive programming. We. Want. In. We offer woo-woo, insights-led strategy to help business owners feel seen and understood, design that feels so unmistakably theirs it couldn’t be anyone else’s, and copy that tells such a clear story, there are people lined up ‘round the block to get a slice of your goods!
