I miss them every single day, but today it hits a little harder. I really hope they’re looking down on me, proud of their granddaughter. Ah Gong would probably be smiling and saying, “Ai seh man!” 🤍 by @betterlathethannever

🐾 Today, I helped someone preserve the everyday sounds of their cat. Not because it was a special occasion. But because everyday moments are special too.

Maybe that’s what this has taught me. The memories we treasure most aren’t always the biggest milestones. Sometimes they’re the quiet moments that make a house feel like home.

My new down lights were $4 each and the connectors can be found in any hardware store. I got them at $1.50 each.

It’s honestly not that hard and if you are patient and have the time to do it, it is very rewarding. Don’t forget to enjoy the process!

Shoutout to my contractor for suggesting and teaching me how to do this so I can save money. by @betterlathethannever

Got plastering and sanding works done by a freelance worker I hired for 2 full days.

Now it’s my turn to take over. Decided to do my walls myself because I’m a cash-broke property owner. by @betterlathethannever
