I WAS TOLD: You can’t expect God to take care of what you refuse to take your hands off of.

Sometimes we pray for God to handle situations, but we keep trying to control the outcome ourselves. We ask Him for direction, yet we continue to go our own way.

Faith isn’t just about asking God for help. It’s also about trusting Him enough to let go of what we can’t control.

Sing it as if I’m singing to my very own DEAR LIFE: story time. I remember watching my grandfather in the hospital before he passed away… how you want it with some banana pudding, ice cream in a cigarette . Humanitarian - it’s very powerful word. Have you ever randomly helped somebody in need in private? I bet you, God blessed you, right after? It wasn’t long after. I have experienced this.
