Wellness Wednesday yesterday evening left the attendees glowing under the sunset! This was a beautiful first Wellness Wednesday with @westinsavannah flowing through a sequence of Mat Pilates, focusing on the original repertoire and providing modifications for our first timers. If you have been thinking about trying Pilates or if you’d like a beautiful midweek reset, Wellness Wednesday will be back Wednesday October 14th! Private session for @i.am.neek 🩵 Super proud of how far she’s come 12 sessions in! Last session, we tried coordination for the first time. She was so determined to master it! That drivenness to challenge ourselves is so inspiring! I have now added 3 tiers to the packages and I am no longer accepting clients outside of the packages. As we continue to grow together, I think it’s important to develop long-lasting client connections like this one! If you’re unsure about all that private sessions can offer, I have added a consultation booking on my website under “Book here”. It is $25 for a 30 minute conversation about your workout history and Pilates goals. I have also updated my private reformer schedule: Monday: 9am-1pm Tuesday: 10am-2pm Thursday: 9am-1pm This new schedule allows me to take on more events and provide a consistent schedule to the existing clients of Better Pilates. This event was a 10/10 experience! My first mat event under my brand @betterpilates The group of women we had today were incredible! Our outdoor class turned into a hot mat class due to the summer weather we are having 🥵🥰 It feels so good to create community here in Pooler and Savannah!
