So honored and proud to retain our Bib Gourmand for the 6th year in a row. It’s hard to express how grateful we are to our team, many of whom have been with us for several years (some even since opening 😘) . They are the creative and hospitable souls who keep the restaurant feeling homey and cozy, while constantly improving and elevating your experience. A special thanks to our chef du cuisine @oscar_desantiago_ for creating the seasonal, thoughtful dishes that you have come to love, while also leading our team with love and kindness. Too many other names to name here but you know who you are and we love you.

Wow. It is with such a great amount of joy and pride that we announce the opening of @tinaspizza.sb TODAY Thursday, May 22! This has truly been a labor of love that never could have happened without the insane passion and hard work from our leadership team at Bettina and now Tina’s. They have put so much time and effort into making Tina’s happen while keeping Bettina the beautiful place it is. @chefstastingforthree @sadisticshark you are true rockstars for getting Tina’s going.

So much @hahafishco blue fin tuna = so many insanely delicious tuna dishes by 🧑‍🍳 @oscar_desantiago_ including this beautiful crudo, the most comforting tuna melt and a few collars to those lucky enough to get them. Available for lunch and dinner!!

This tuna melt is nuts. Confit tuna mixed w/ celery, capers, mayo and herbs, topped with two melty cheeses, tomato for zing and arugula for freshness. By @oscar_desantiago_ 🫡
