Ich wollte erst warten, bis es schöner ist.

Bis das Regal perfekt gestylt ist.
Bis die Wohnung ordentlicher ist.
Bis alles mehr nach Instagram aussieht.

Aber genau da fängt der Druck ja wieder an.

Also poste ich es jetzt. Nicht perfekt. Nicht fertig. Nicht komplett durchgestylt.

Nur echt.
Und ein bisschen schöner als vorher.

Low Pressure Living heißt für mich gerade:
Kleine Schritte, echte Ecken und Gedanken, ohne den ständigen Druck immer mehr sein zu müssen.

Ich habe diesen viralen IKEA-Hack ein bisschen anders gemacht. 🤎

Gleiche Vase, andere Schale, anderes Gefühl.

Ich wollte keine perfekte Deko, die aussieht wie aus einem Katalog.
Ich wollte etwas Warmes, Natürliches. Etwas, das sich nach meinem Zuhause anfühlt und auch schon nach ein bisschen Herbst.

Also wurde aus einer IKEA-Vase, einem Gärkorb, ein bisschen Kleber, Hortensien und Kerzenlicht ein kleines DIY, das diese Ecke sofort gemütlicher macht.

Und genau das liebe ich gerade:
nicht alles neu machen, nicht alles perfekt machen, sondern kleine Dinge verändern, die im Alltag guttun.

Unbezahlte Markennennung, selbst gekauft.

Ich habe aus unserer Chaos Corner eine Cosy Corner gemacht. 🤍

Diese Ecke hat mich jeden Tag gestresst. Ungenutzter Platz und Abstellfläche für alle möglichen Dinge. Das Resultat: permanente Unordnung, Unruhe und damit Überforderung.

Also musste sich was ändern. Ich habe klein angefangen. Mit einem IKEA DIY, ein bisschen Geduld und dem Gedanken: es muss nicht perfekt werden. Es darf sich einfach nur besser anfühlen.

Und genau das liebe ich daran.

Nicht das perfekte Vorher-Nachher.
Sondern dieses Gefühl von: Hier wird es wieder ein bisschen ordentlicher und somit leichter.

Not that she can’t have sweet or isn’t allowed screen time, we just try to keep it to a minimum. But for your 12 h flight we let have sugary treats and she got her own kids tablet (gift from her grandparents *thanks to them*). Let see how it goes! How do you entertain your toddlers on a long distance flight?

Best mood booster besides sunshine: fresh flowers. Lucky to have a flower field near by our house. We often take a walk there to pick some. At the moment there are a ton of tulips. And soon there will be peonies! Can’t wait…

Time to give the bathroom a little decorative fresh up. The main piece is the palm poster which has been in the living room. But I like it way better in the bathroom. The other poster is also an old one but fits perfectly into the green/sage color scheme of the room. Although I like the concept of #oldiebutgoldie the were some new additions as well. I like how it turned out. Hope you too!!! 🫶
