BETWEEN BREAD PASTRIES 🥐 We used to make pastries in north st a few years ago, but we ran out of space in the kitchen and needed to focus on sandos. … But on the quay we’ve got more space, more kit and our pastries are back in a big way! I’ve been pretty obsessed with pastries for quite a while 🤣. So it’s great to be back making them in the kitchen. We’re using @theedinburghbutterco & @wildfarmed to make the best croissant we possibly can, and we’re learning every day how to make them better! A little project we loved making 🌿☕️ We were commissioned to make these wooden planters for @betweenbreadexeter for their amazing new quayside space. Each planter was hand made by John and some of the guys from our weekly Chop & Chat sessions. We loved being able to make these as there is something really special about making pieces that become part of a place where people gather and connect ✨ by @betweenbreadexeter
