As @danteguilliano says here: “Good day, my people!”
@richie_difrisco (Night), @danteguilliano (Day), and @moamatic (🎥) fill a tough order of bringing both hemispheres of my consciousness to the physical form in The Bronx’s brisk weather. Whether you enjoy it or not, I’ll always take honest feedback.

Thanks for your time in advance ⏳ taken in The Bronx by @betweenlaslineas

The Official Trailer to our short, “WHAT’S GRIEF?” 🎬
@whats_grief, produced/owned by @betweenlaslineas 📺

We will be keeping you all in the loop on our upcoming Film Festival selection(s), including screening dates & locations when ready.

There’s one selection as of today, but we’ll hold off on the news for now 🤫

We can’t wait for every one of you to experience what we, as a collective unit, purely manifested for the screen.
It’s been a roller-coaster-like process from pre-production to post, but I wouldn’t have it any other way; peace of mind is priceless.

This story is about the cyclical storm of Grief … which includes the nature of lows being low and the middle ground being the main character’s plateau; all while trying to find silver linings through vulnerability, truth, & acceptance.

The 4K trailer is available on YouTube (LinkTree in bio) — unfortunately, Instagram only allows for 1080p 🥲

We’ll release some teaser scenes as time rolls along.

Enjoy this for now!

WE’RE BACK with another Film Showcase & Workshop for the community!!! Similar to our last event, we are teamed up with @bronxframe to present a lineup of films, most of which are thrilling and suspenseful.

YOU DON’T WANNA MISS OUT! Not only will we be showcasing films the first night, but we are also encouraging all attendees to wear a costume — FOR TWO REASONS: Costume Contest and a chance to participate in MJ’s Thriller dance. 👻

In addition, live performances by @descendent__ & @bx.bombii !!

For our 2nd day, we will have a workshop that consists of writing a short script, choosing actors for it, shooting it, and walking through the editing stages — all at the Andrew Freedman Home! This finished piece will be shown within the event that @mortisect is holding on October 30th within @afhbronx as well!

Also, food and beverages to be provided on both days. Don’t be shy!

It’ll be a vibe! Come by with family and friends & have a great time!

Looking forward to seeing you all there 🙏 taken in Andrew Freedman Home by @betweenlaslineas

Happy #FathersDay!

Beans - @descendent__
Zee - @cameisha

Writer/Director: @createdby_angel

Descendent and Cameisha play a vital role in helping tell the story of a vulnerable couple going through their own individual incubation period. Will they forget themselves in the process?
Let’s see!

over here thinking a baby is going to magically fix everything 😭
•
•
•
Logline: Two struggling individuals vulnerably communicate about a momentous decision of having a baby, while learning more about each other in the midst.

Synopsis: In our modern age disparity, the thought of having a baby can seem so discouraging — and if not handled correctly with communication, relationships can shatter into pieces. The two individuals, Beans and Zee, display a wide range of dialogue, as we see them open up with each other. The movie mainly takes place inside of a vehicle, so the space is tight and intimate, so there’s no other choice but to communicate and share what’s on their minds.

Building a family tree can be one of life’s greatest blessings. But if you don’t talk about the heavy stuff first, the foundation can shake before the branches even have a chance to grow.

🌲 “Can We Just Talk?” explores that exact moment. When a young couple faces the beautiful, terrifying reality of building a future together, they have to decide if they’re standing together—or growing apart.

Will Beans & Zee figure it out? The cameras have officially stopped rolling, and the film has finally wrapped. You’ll find out the answer soon. Stay tuned. 👀
