POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been taking to the basics for healing. Reading, writing, movement, and meditation to name a few.

Writing every morning helps me connect to myself, God, and open my mind to my own truth.

I hope it reaches someone else’s soul ♥️ by @bevan.built

My life is becoming more intentional the deeper I get into healing and transparency is my truth.

The women I have been fortunate enough to connect with here in St Pete are inspiring me in more ways than I can tell you.

I love you all ❤️ by @bevan.built

It Can’t All Be Physical….but this is where it started for me. The strength, discipline, and devotion to becoming.

I’ve been open about the fact that I’ve been on a healing journey for the past three years. It’s been three years of intense change, pain, mistakes, newfound discipline, and growth.

I channeled much of my energy into the physical process, which, in turn, improved every other aspect of my life. But it can’t stop there.

I’m someone who preaches kindness and empathy, yet I struggle to give those same things to myself. The pressure to break old patterns, heal old wounds, provide for my family, and continually improve is a weight that deserves both an outlet and grace.

Healing doesn’t mean perfection. It means being gentle enough with yourself to acknowledge where growth is needed while believing you still deserve peace, because you do.

Today, I feel called to face old wounds, anger, resentment, and any negative energy that still needs to be released. We say it all the time—healing isn’t linear. Yet somehow, we find kindness and compassion for everyone else while withholding it from ourselves when we need it most.

So, what am I doing to heal?

I’m taking a more holistic approach to my spiritual awakening. I’ve come to realize that some parts of my journey have overpowered others.

The physical has been the obvious focus for me. Through my physical transformation and disciplined choices, I’ve changed my daily life and become mentally stronger. But I’ve only just begun to scratch the surface.

Now I feel like I’ve been ripped back open, and I’m ready to bridge the gap in my healing.

I have so much love in my heart, and I pour so much of my energy into caring for the world around me. I deserve to pour some of that love back into myself—to love and forgive myself for simply being human.

After all, I’m not done growing. by @bevan.built
