Twenty plus years of ground up work in California. #winecountry #legacy #doitnow

A finished home that already meets your long-term goals is rare. Something built for your family takes time to plan and build.

It starts with a professional to identify the land. Ask the right questions. And begin.

There is no perfect time and no economy to wait for. The talent is here and ready to collaborate.

Plan now. Build now. by @bevan_associates

Take in this beautiful scenery and the amazing harmonies of nature. 🌿🎶

This is what a garden designed with nature in mind actually sounds like. The Second Chance vineyard in Sonoma County is alive right now, and not just visually, but in every sense. When you plant for pollinators and use species that belong in this landscape, the birds and insects follow.

A beautiful garden isn’t just something you look at. It’s and emersive experience.

Turn your sound on for this one. 🔊

Since the beginning the approach hasn’t changed. Listen first, understand what someone wants out of a day at home, then answer it as well as we know how.

Twenty plus years of that, and the range has been the gift. Big houses and small ones, first homes and last ones.

Same passion throughout. Good design, built for everyday living.

Thank you for letting us do it. by @bevan_associates

Framing is in at our Austin Ave Project 🙌🏻

There’s something so exciting about seeing the plans take shape and the rooms really begin to come to life. Watching the scale, flow, and proportions become more defined is always one of our favorite phases of a project.

Voted Best Design Firm in Sonoma County again — the 2026 Sonoma Index-Tribune People’s Choice Award.

A People’s Choice award means the recognition comes from this community, and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you to the clients, collaborators, and neighbors who put their name behind ours.

We’re grateful to keep doing this work here, on this land, with people who care about it as much as we do.

This is how we do renderings.

Tight enough to build from. Same image the client signs off on, the crew works from.

No gap between intent and execution.

Sited along the exact survey mapping, nothing flattened.

On this property, the structures were never meant to read as a single mass.

We let the landscape and pool do the connecting: the lawn, the grade, the water holding the volumes in relation to one another. Architecture handles the rooms; the site handles the spaces between them.

That in-between is where the project actually lives.

Thank you to Amy for sharing these gorgeous drone shots from Eames. This is what happens when every piece of a project is done with intention, from the structure to the soil.
