Autumn after the storm in Nova Scotia 🍂

This post means a lot to me. In September 2022, we were travelling through Nova Scotia when hurricane Fiona completely changed our plans. We had planned to continue to Cape Breton, but after a sleepless night with winds reaching up to 180 km/h, everything looked different the next morning.

Trees were scattered across the roads, power poles had collapsed and countless people were left without electricity. Gas stations had run out of fuel. The whole situation felt surreal.

Eventually, we made it to Moncton, where the storm had caused less damage. It was only there that we could slowly begin to process what had happened that night.

I don’t think I’ll ever forget this trip.

Back in 2024, we visited beautiful Andalusia without knowing what to expect, only to discover one of the most beautiful trips we’ve ever taken. Can’t wait to explore this incredible place again one day. Until then, I’m curious: more horizontal or vertical shots? ✨Let me know.
