ROBBERG. 🤍🇿🇦

Some places are beautiful.
And then there are places you simply don’t want to leave.

Robberg was one of those places for us.

Wild coastline, dramatic cliffs, endless ocean and that feeling of being completely surrounded by nature. We could have stayed here all day.

One of our absolute favourite places in South Africa. 🌊

KRUGER NATIONAL PARK. 🇿🇦

There’s something surreal about driving through the bush with no idea what you’ll find around the next corner.

A lion in the distance. Elephants crossing the road. A rhino hidden in the bush. And those moments when everyone in the car suddenly goes quiet because something incredible just appeared.

The Kruger is wild, unpredictable and completely unforgettable. 🦁🐘🦏🤎

Sawubona - “I see you.” 🇿🇦

The road to Kruger is an adventure of its own.

Before even reaching Kruger National Park, we followed South Africa’s legendary Panorama Route - from the dramatic Three Rondavels to the roaring Mac Mac Falls and the endless views over Blyde River Canyon.

What we loved most? The sheer scale and diversity of South Africa. You barely leave Johannesburg and suddenly you’re surrounded by cliffs, waterfalls and landscapes that feel almost unreal.

A little piece of paradise at the foot of the Alps.

Der Eibsee ist nicht ohne Grund einer der bekanntesten Seen Bayerns. Je nach Licht schimmert das Wasser in den unterschiedlichsten Blau- und Grüntönen - und jedes Mal sieht er ein bisschen anders aus.

Mein Tipp: Wenn ihr den Eibsee wirklich in Ruhe genießen möchtet, kommt am besten außerhalb der Ferien und Stoßzeiten. Dann könnt ihr die verschiedenen Facetten und Farben des Wassers ganz entspannt entdecken.

A little piece of paradise at the foot of the Alps.

The Eibsee is famous for a reason. Depending on the light, the water changes between shades of blue and green - making the lake look different every time.

My tip: If you want to enjoy the Eibsee in peace, try visiting outside school holidays and peak times. That's when you can really appreciate all the different colours and moods of the lake.

Paragliding am Achensee 🪂🏔️

Was für ein Erlebnis! Über den Achensee zu fliegen, die Berge aus dieser Perspektive zu sehen und einfach durch die Luft zu gleiten - gleichzeitig faszinierend und ziemlich aufregend.

Ein bisschen Nervenkitzel, eine Menge Freiheit und definitiv eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde!

What an experience! Flying over Lake Achensee, seeing the mountains from this perspective and simply gliding through the air - fascinating and pretty exciting at the same time.

We definitely didn't take the usual way back down…

Eine Nacht auf der Hütte, hoch zur Rofanspitze - und dann standen wir plötzlich vor der Frage:

Wie kommen wir eigentlich wieder runter? 😄

Die Antwort war definitiv nicht das, was man bei einer Wanderung erwarten würde…

🪂 Wir sind einfach ins Tal geflogen.

Ein bisschen verrückt? Vielleicht.
Eines der besten Bergerlebnisse? Definitiv. 🤍

So… how are we getting back down? 😄

The answer was definitely not what you'd expect after a mountain hike…

🪂 We simply flew back down to the valley.

A little crazy? Maybe.
One of the best mountain experiences? Absolutely. 🤍
