Now that the Knicks are NBA champions and New Yorkers are celebrating their team. We wanted to jump in and celebrate our staff and freelancers who showed up and delivered for Roots Picnic 2026. Thank you for another memorable Beyond 8 production. No matter the scale, every event is a title run and a parade wrapped all into one and you all delivered, even when you had to step up into new roles. Roots 2026 will go down in history and you didn’t just witness it, but you helped make it happen. It doesn’t get any better than having a winning team!Now, if only agencies could get their version of a championship ring after every successful major event. Hmmmm…. Remember that what goes up, must be built. While 80,000 people spent their week preparing to attend Roots Picnic 2026, the team was already on the ground working closely with ad sales, sponsors, producers, and site operations. Not to mention the multitude of calls, site visits, emails, slacks and group chats. It was late nights and early mornings, but the results are a result of hard work, resilience and a love for the process. Producing an intimate dinner to celebrate a major occasion like getting your podcast acquired by Higher Ground is definitely within our scope. “Lemme Say This” Relaunch DinnerIn partnership with Higher Ground and Inside Projects📍 Rule of Thirds | Brooklyn, New York Produced by Beyond 8Congrats to best friends and “Lemme Say This” podcast hosts Hunter Harris and Peyton Dix on your relaunch. It was an absolute pleasure to produce another experience for Higher Ground. Our team handled the full experience from venue scouting, decor curation, floral design and on-site production. The 25 person dinner was held at @thirdsbk in Brooklyn. Guests were treated to a curated dinner menu with Maker’s Mark as a sponsor partner. Thank you to our agency bestie @insideprojectsco for collaborating on creating experiences that make memories easy. We can’t wait to do it again. by @beyond8_

When it’s your job to create worlds, you often get to hold space for some incredible human beings. In 2020 We partnered with H&M to celebrate Ruth E. Carter’s illustrious career. The concept was a Block Party hosted in Atlanta, where guests could tour Carter’s work from over the decades, and featured contributions from filmmaker Christian Nolan Jones, artists Brandon Sadler and Neka King, along with poet Ashlee Haze and on-air personality Tracy G. Ruth, we wish you all the best tonight on securing your third Academy Award for Best Costume Design, and we congratulate you on a legacy that is second to none. To celebrate ten years of Beyond 8, we hosted a dinner on International Women’s Day at Kokomo NYC to honor the women who have not only shaped our work, but the community around us. The room felt like a love story to our founder, each guest a testament to the importance of relationships and what is possible in business when people are the priority.Of course, it wouldn’t be a Beyond 8 production if we didn’t put on our experiential hat to present a cohesive story of style and substance. I decided to travel with a 6 week old to Sydney, Australia for work!Spoiler alert: it was one of the best decisions I’ve madeParents often feel limited and confined by parenthood. I’m so grateful to @solangeknowles for trusting me for such an important performance during my pregnancy. I have been so honored to work with you and grateful for your trust over the years. It was in fact possible to get a newborn passport within a month, receive a newborn visa in a day and produce a massive week long festival performance in my 3rd trimester. In 2023 I didn’t tell people before we left in fear of judgement and scrutiny. Today I am so proud!#VolumeFest was a career high for professional and personal reasons. Winter is still going strong, so we’re going to keep Summer’s name in our mouth until the snow completely melts. Sometimes you have to navigate the elements as best you can and make it work. Last year, Philly was hit with a storm the night before Roots Picnic, and that morning was full of re-builds, reinforcements, extra measures and boots on the ground— just another day in the life of event production—But when the doors opened, the activations we produced for Jack Daniels and STARZ were ready to give the guests some much needed fun in the sun.
