Here's a before-and-after look at the progress we've made on Skadi's chain weapon.
This isn't just a visual upgrade. The weapon now features 6+ unique combo chains, each triggered through different button combinations, giving Skadi a versatile moveset that rewards timing, positioning, and creativity in combat.

We're still refining the animations, feel, and responsiveness, but it's exciting to see the weapon evolve into something that feels as powerful as it looks.

From blockout to a living world.

Here's a look at a speed environment design for the Port City of Yukai, a city in East Athos. Every environment begins with simple shapes, rough layouts, and experimentation before evolving into the worlds players will eventually explore.
Watching an empty scene transform into a finished environment is always one of our favorite parts of game development. It's where the vision starts becoming real.

This is just one small corner of Athos. There's much more to reveal.

Every strike tells a story.

Here's a before-and-after look at Shangdi's sword combat in Beyond: Fire & Ice. From basic attack animations to cinematic takedowns, we've been refining every movement to make combat feel faster, more impactful, and worthy of the Jade Emperor.

This is still a work in progress, with more polish, transitions, hit reactions, and finishers on the way, but it's exciting to see how far the combat has evolved.

What part catches your eye the most: the sword combos or the takedown animations?
