Life update

End of last year was a lot for me so I decided to take myself away! I booked a trip and it was exactly what I needed.

Sometimes a break is needed! Rest and Rest. This year is a lot of self love and healing 💕

Sorry I’ve been quiet on here and didn’t post but I just mentally couldn’t plan content but I’m back!

I’ve still been reading and I’m loving vampire booked right now😍

Hope your all okay and miss you lovely ladies 💕

Happy Monday!

Friday I started a new book with the beautiful @cosywithblaise book club. This book has me hooked! I mean I’m scared but I can’t stop reading it. I’ve read about 40% of it and I can’t put it down.

What a great pick!!!

Has anyone read it? If not give it a good. It’s a great spooky season book.

Last night we had a book club catch up and as always a pleasure.

This book was different from other books we have read. It reminded us about living in the present rather than living for the future.

We felt it was a lovely book, sad but also a happy ending which we loved. 5⭐️ read from us. We all said we wouldn’t do what Wilbur did. Would you?

It’s funny as living in the moment is tough now days and this book really highlights the importance of it and we are always in a rat race trying to get to the future but it’s not real yet.

I loved this part of the book :

‘So everything is woven together. Your mum and dad meeting here is more real than anything in the future, because it happened. When we think of the future we are thinking ourselves out of life. It’s like what Einstein said about time being a mode by which we think and not a condition in which we live. What I took from the book is that we need to focus on what is real, because that is how we make time. Not by forever thinking of this abstract nothing known as the future.’

Have you read it?

WOW WOW and WOW
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book was gripping from the start. It was intense from the start and it didn’t stop. I was exhausted while reading as I felt I was going through the motions of what the ladies are going through. I did find the middle dragged a little but I loved it anyway!

Such a good book and you MUST read.

Has anyone else read it?

Another great pick from @alison_a_1984

Enjoyed out buddy read @pippahugill @ambidevetta @alison_a_1984

My 3 book treats this weekend.

We went to a beautiful book town in South wales and went in to a shop called @addymanbooks . Prices were so good and found some book I’ve never see before.

We also did a book swap and @ambidevetta gave me this. Thank you so much excited to read it.

Has anyone heard or read these books?
