I applied for a sales job in Dubai.
They hired me as General Manager in an Insurance Company.

Apparently, my “other duties” came with six branches. 😂

Since 2016, my work has taken me through insurance, tech, engineering, and virtual assistance. I’ve recruited, sold, coached teams, organised paperwork, and figured things out along the way.

Then came a role with no clock-out time: Mum.

By 2025, I was working nights, feeling burnt out, and missing time with my children. Being home didn’t always mean being present.

So I started studying and exploring another way forward.

Looking back, I noticed something across those businesses: people were working hard, but too much depended on someone remembering, chasing, or stepping in.

That experience shaped Beyond Mira.

Today, I help service businesses make enquiries, follow-ups, and onboarding easier to manage with clear responsibilities and connected systems.

I’m still building. Still learning.
But now, I know why this work matters to me. 💛

In a high-trust service, I would separate receipt from approval: collect the information, support the human review, record the decision and send the appropriate next message.
