🍕🍅

•Cold Pizza•

Our take on the pizza margarita.
Altos Plata tequila, tomato, basil, oregano, burrata.
Even the crust made it in: sourdough, broken down into a bread water that actually tastes like fresh baked bread.
Finished with fresh basil, same as a pizza coming out of the oven.

Cheers to this one. taken in Beyond The Bar by @beyondthebar.cz

•Martini Al Mare•

1959, Amalfi coast. Linen shirts, sun-warmed skin, a Vespa parked crooked on the cliff road. Fennel grows wild along the path down to the water. Grapes turn sweet on the vine. Salt rides the breeze all the way up from the sea, and we’re not in a hurry.

Issue #1 of Beyond Chronicles is out. This is the story behind it.

We come from different places. Different kitchens. Different tables. But somewhere between Asia, the Balkans, Italy and the Middle East - we all asked the same question.

What does home taste like?

The smell of your grandmother’s kitchen. Street food you grew up on. Flavours you forgot you even knew.

14 drinks later, we think we got pretty close.

Meet us at Liliová 3, Old Town Prague.
Every night from 6pm. 🗞️ taken in Beyond The Bar by @beyondthebar.cz

Wabi-san Peanobi 🥝🫛

Don’t get fooled by this one. Even if he looks pretty innocent, he will fight back. Grew up peacefully but chose violence.

Gin & Sake - Purple Shiso - Clarified Kiwi & Snap Peas - Wasabi - CO2

No More Depresso 🍫☕️

Experts would say not to cure your depression with alcohol. But trust us, this one will take care of all your problems, at least for one night.
We swapped espresso for cold brew coffee, cherries and topped with floral & salty chocolate foam.
