Your team needs thresholds, not more access to you.

Set rules for one role:
1. Dollars: what can be approved without you?
2. Time: how long can the decision wait?
3. Evidence, escalation, and backup: who acts when you’re away?

You set the thresholds. AI routes exceptions and collects evidence. People approve decisions.

Put the update on the calendar, not on your conscience:
1. Pick one weekly update slot per active job.
2. Use three parts every time: done, next, waiting on you.
3. Note what you need from the client and by when.
