Meet Heather Schwartz, the owner & founder of the Gratitude Healthy Hub 💖

Heather started her entrepreneurial journey at 23 years young. Now a business owner for 19+ years, she supports clients in achieving their health & life goals & leads a wide-reaching team. She has spoken on multiple large stages across the country, produces large & intimate events & loves to motivate & inspire.
She is happily married & a mama of 2. Heather & hubby Eli love the journey of focusing on whole life success with family & career, and she finds so much purpose in mentoring others how to achieve this as well.

Heather opened her newest location the Gratitude Healthy Hub in Redondo Beach in 2022, after running a location in West LA for 11 years. Out of the LA location, her business locations expanded across the country over the past 19 years spanning into the midwest & east coast. Heather’s local location, the GHUB, has inspired the growth of her local SouthBay community & is motivating her team across the globe & those in the community to continuously reinvent yourself. Nineteen years ago, at 23 years old, I took a leap into entrepreneurship.

Originally, I didn’t have a vision of team & locations across the country or a community that would eventually span the globe, as I didn’t even realize that was possible.

I simply wanted to create a place where people could feel healthier, more connected, and more supported.

What I couldn’t have imagined was the ripple effect.

We built an incredible community in Southern California. We helped people transform their health, developed amazing leaders, and watched many of those leaders go on to create impact in their own communities across the country—and even around the world.

Today I’m traveling to our biggest leadership conference of the year.

As I go into & come out of this event, I want to do something I haven’t done in a long time…

I want to take you behind the scenes of this 19-year journey.

Not just the highlights.
The lessons.
The people.
The challenges.
The growth.
The vision that continues to evolve.

Because GHUB has never been just about one wellness community.

It’s always been about building people, developing leaders, and creating a ripple effect of health, connection, and impact.
