My first show yay!

Bodybuilding has given me so much. Bodybuilding has helped me with so many different aspects in life and I’m grateful for it. It has given me health. It helped me gain better habits. It has given me a sense of self. It gave me self respect. It gave me discipline. It gave me an outlet. It gave me so many friendships. It gave me a purpose.

Change begins when you consistently show up, even when it’s hard. Your body can handle more than you think, but your mindset has to be strong. I learned to talk back to my doubt and believe in my effort. I’m so damn proud of myself for not giving up, and I can’t wait to keep learning and growing in this sport. My mindset is so much stronger than when I first started prep.

I received so much love and support during this process. I thank everyone who helped me get through the hard days when I was super hungry, tired and fatigued. To my coach, thank you for believing in me from the very beginning, pushing me past my limits, and caring about my health. @armani__nejad To my posing coach, thank you for all of the love and support you have shown me, and for helping me feel beautiful and confident more and more every time I was with you. I’m so damn proud that I finished this and got myself this far because I had so many days where I didn’t think I would make it on stage. When I walked on stage this weekend, I knew it was exactly where I was supposed to be. The stage was mine. Im excited for off season and I can’t wait to come back even bigger and better!
