Had the most amazing afternoon class today @marpoleretreats for Puppy Yoga

Highly recommend! Have never felt so relaxed with 30mins of yoga and 15mins at beginning and end to play and cuddles with the puppies
All of them had their own personalities for sure 🐶

Ballet Be Fit is coming back to Portobello for in person classes.

A ballet inspired fitness class that combines barre, HIIT cardio and floorwork to give you a full body workout.

Strengthen and lengthen your body alongside burning fat and increasing flexibility.

Come give the class a try!

Ballet Be Fit is a ballet fitness class that is suitable and adaptable for anyone. You dont have to have any dance experience to participate and dancing has many benefits than just exercise. Ballet and dance can help increase balance, improve posture, tone the overall body and flexibility. The class will help build confidence, destress you and help you make new friends whilst having a fun, enjoyable class learning ballet and improving fitness levels.
