View below for the full breakdown ⬇️LOW EXPOSURE When you lower the exposure it provides the footage a more moody look. This also helps you look more jacked for your gym footage. Record in 4k By default most iPhones have the recording set to 1080p which is not bad, but if you want your videos to stand out 4k is way to go. TURN OFF HDR.HDR give your videos a super over contrasted look and instagram downgrades and makes it looks super bright and low quality. Can the Sony zv-e10 be a good camera for the gym? I tested out the Sony zv-e10 with the kit lens at the gym I train at. This gym is low light aesthetic which means the kit lens is not as good here. With the Instagram compression you may not be able to see it as much, but the footage has a lot of noise even at its suggested iso. To really see it you have to zoom in. What makes Sony a great camera company is that they have a lot of third party lenses that work with their cameras. The viltrox lens I used is capable of handling the low light gym as its f/1.4. To explain that the lower the f stop the more light is let in to your camera making it help reduce noise. This lens is great because it has auto focus and has a very low f/ stop which is what this camera needs a good lens to pair it with. At the price it’s at that’s the best bag for your buck lens under $250.00. Overall this camera is great as long as you pair it with the proper lens for what you want to record. Can an iPhone keep up with a pocket camera? Insta360 Luna vs the iPhone… the results surprised me. Both cameras were shot in regular mode in the same position and not at 1x. Settings I used in the iPhone 4k 24fps exposure at -1.0Settings i used on the insta360 Luna4k 24fps shutter speed 1/50 iso 300Now both cameras look really good and both serve a purpose. Did you notice a difference between the cameras? by @bfitcreator

This is one of the best cameras for solo creators. This is the insta360 Luna ultra and this camera might be small but it packs a punch. The detachable screen alone makes it worth it for solo creators. This helps you get the shot and makes sure you are in frame. The subject tracking is awesome as well. As you can see in the video I tracked it on my arm to give a cool unique shot of my doing chest flys. The low light on this camera is amazing. It doesn’t crush the blacks or add too much noise to the footage.
