On March 5th, 2026, Ramzi Blue Medrano crossed the rainbow bridge🌈. I’ve struggled to find the words because my heart is so broken. Ramzi was so unique—fun, protective, and a little moody (kind of like us humans). He spent his days running around the backyard, sitting in chairs (his absolute favorite), playing with Chanel and Dior, and watching over our family the way only he could.

To some people, a dog is “just” a dog. But to us, Ramzi was our family, our companion, our protector—our everything. For 11 years, he trusted us to be his people, even though he didn’t trust many others. That made his love even more special.

What I would give to hear your bark again, to see your beautiful hazel eyes looking at us, or to feel you lick my cheek one more time. A part of me selfishly wishes you were still here on earth with us, but the same God who created you must have wanted you back too. I know He welcomed you across the rainbow bridge.

My sweet blue boy, thank you for giving us the most beautiful 11 years. I’m so grateful we were able to give you a life full of love, comfort, and happiness—something so many dogs never get to experience. That brings me some peace.

But we miss you so, so much. Our hearts hurt without you here. Ramzi, thank you for your unconditional love and for being the best boy. You will always be a part of our family and forever in our hearts.

I will miss your presence, your loyalty, and the love you gave so freely every single day. Thank you for 11 years of unconditional love. Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge. 🐾🌈
