You can catch me teaching Yoga Flow at a Wyld Roots Yoga studio @wyld.roots.yoga every Friday from 9am-10am. I finally found a home yoga studio that’s close to my area. I had no idea that this studio existed until they reached out to me about teaching an arm balance and inversion workshop which is happening on Saturday, May 9th at 2pm.

Once I found out this studio was in Stone Mountain I wanted to be part of the studio and community. I’m excited! 😀🙏🏾

Last night’s Open Mic night @canopystudio was fun and awesome!!!🔥🔥🔥 I took my friend, 96 year old ATL acrobat, Mr. Steve to perform our act at Canopy. This was my gift to him. Every year he always talks about wanting to perform especially on his birthday. This was a great idea for us to do our act four days before his birthday! 😀🙏🏾 #oldestacrobat #atlantaacrobats #athensbynight #athensacrobats taken in CANOPY STUDIO by @bgene903

Mastery is built through deliberate practice, constant feedback, and the willingness to push beyond your comfort zone—turning automatic routines into high-level skill.

We had an incredible weekend of training with Alexander and fellow handstand enthusiasts from Atlanta!

Our biggest takeaway~while habits make an action automatic and bring you back to practice day after day, mastery requires something more: actively identifying and fixing your weaknesses, refining your technique, and continuously challenging yourself to improve.

A huge thank you to Alexander for his professionalism, dedication, mastery, and incredible skill @drifteronhands

And thank you to all the ATL handstanders for showing up with a beginner’s mindset, being open to learning, putting your skills into practice, and making Alexander feel so welcome! @ok_creative_movement @tey_nv_sambo @bgene903 @acro.noodle @i.yam.lisa @gregory_blake_yoga @trainwithalisa @donneashlock @therapeutic_lymphatic_care @thereedfamily1

Amazing workshop @newvision_sambo Thank you @drifteronhands for teaching and sharing your knowledge with us in ATL this past weekend. Thank you for adjustment help because I really needed one on one spotting. I got some main take aways to work on my form. Also, @acro.noodle and @gregory_blake_yoga was there. Special thank you @ok_creative_movement @tey_nv_sambo to telling about this and taking videos. 😀🙏🏾 taken in New Vision Sambo by @bgene903

Late on posting. I had a blast in Philly with these amazing artists at IBICW! Workshops, performances, panels, community and dance jams outside! 🔥🔥🔥I wasn’t there the whole week but I was there in spirit and hoping everyone delivered an amazing and inspiring show. @_justjuic3 and @rayofcirque and Stephanie I think we could put a headstand forearm stand and duo handstand balancing act next year 🤔
I’ll be back next year so I can spend time, perform at SMASH and Icebox. Philly circus family! Thank you A’Ri Alyssa and Stephanie 🙌🏾😀🙏🏾@rebelartsmovement @alyssa_bigbee @cannonballfest @csaw_circus @jugglejawns @_justjuic3 @rayofcirque @idefirefly Chyla UGBA and Stephanie #ibicw #ibicw2026 #blackcircus #blackcircusartists taken in Rebel Arts Movement by @bgene903
